Text Box: There is a place 30min from Johannesburg and 45min from Pretoria, situated in the Cradle of Humankind. This place is called Glen Almond Lodge. Glen Almond Lodge is a unique multi-functional venue, well equipped and in a relaxing and warm country atmosphere for pre-booked functions only.

Text Box: The original farm was bought from a Mr. Brown in 1955. Mr. Brown was born in Scotland and from there the name Glen Almond of which the name Glen originated from Scotland.

Text Box: Glen Almond Lodge was established in 2003 as we catered for small functions and weddings in the old farm house. We recently completed our larger venue in which we kicked off our first wedding in November 2007.
